EMB Design Club promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your Download package Links are Instantly Available in User Account’s Download Section. We take pride in Provide Download Link On the Spot, every time!! If you have shopped with us earlier, we are of course confident that you already vouch for us!

We are allowing our customers to download the purchased products up to 10 times from the download section of their account. What About Internet Disconnection or you could not download your purchased product?

If you are facing any issues like disconnection/internet connection failure. In such a case, we will allow you to download your purchased product up to 10 times from the Download Section of your account. You can check with your bank/credit card/debit card for the amount debited. If there is any debit you see from your account, and you are unable to see the download link, please contact us. We will help you to provide you download link/refund process.

Tracking of Shipping:

We ( EMB Design Club ) generally provide an instant download for designs as we have a digital product, however, if there is any shippable product that can be delivered to your address, we will send you a tracking number with courier service, so that you can able to track your product shipment status.
